You'll own the end-to-end AP function for a fast-growing livestream shopping platform, ensuring timely vendor payments and strong internal controls. Your core impact will be scaling AP operations globally across US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, and Australia. This role offers the chance to build scalable systems in a unique startup environment shaping a new industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full AP cycle from invoice receipt to payment reconciliation
• Lead and mentor a small team of AP associates
• Enforce purchase policy compliance via Zip and Ironclad
• Oversee payment runs and ensure fraud prevention controls

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of AP or accounting experience
• 1+ year managing teams or leading an AP function
• NetSuite proficiency required
• Multi-entity, multi-currency AP experience

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience with Zip, Coupa, or similar AP tools
• International AP exposure
