💼 About This Role

You'll join HelloFresh's team to ensure customer-facing content (print and digital) is accurate and aligned with brand standards. You'll drive recipe and menu content workflows and contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability. This role offers hybrid work with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee weekly recipe and menu content workflows for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as expert in internal tools and content systems.
• Lead or contribute to product projects and change management initiatives.
• Manage recipe databases, execute data clean-up, and analyze insights.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, dashboards).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience or education in food, content editing, or related fields.
• Experience with SQL or strong interest to learn.
• Experience building or improving internal tools.
