You'll shape the player experience at Vegas Bonanza by conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product decisions. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure user-centered outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Analyze user behavior with analytics tools and session recordings.
• Conduct competitive analysis of sweepstakes casino products.
• Translate research insights into wireframes and prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on UX research experience with portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Visily for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, or FullStory.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in sweepstakes casino or online gaming.
• Familiarity with AI-driven UX research tools.
• Exposure to game mechanics or player psychology research.
