💼 About This Role

You'll lead the AI Transformation engineering squad at Multiverse, building autonomous agent-based solutions that impact internal teams and customers. You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle from design to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain autonomous agent-based solutions for internal teams
• Design, architect and deliver AI solutions with technical and business partners
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices as technical leader

📋 Requirements

• 6-7 years of software engineering experience at Staff level
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and AWS cloud
• Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines and AI solution architectures
• Proven ability in agentic workflows, embeddings, and MCPs
