You'll own AML/CTF operational controls for a global hospitality fintech, ensuring compliance across CDD, transaction monitoring, and screening. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee CDD, KYC, KYB, onboarding, and customer risk assessments
• Review and approve enhanced due diligence decisions
• Manage AML alerts, exceptions, and investigations
• Drive remediation and process improvements from audits
• Oversee outsourced AML operations and third-party performance

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in AML operations within EU regulated financial services
• Strong knowledge of EU AML frameworks and FATF recommendations
• Experience with transaction monitoring systems and CDD technology
• Proven track record managing or overseeing outsourced teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Compliance qualifications such as ICA, ACAMS, or CAMS
• Experience with Dutch AML requirements
