You'll lead and guide a team of media traders to design, launch, and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns across biddable media channels, delivering innovation and tangible business impact for clients.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years deep digital optimization experience with multiple paid media channels
  • Experience managing 3 or more direct reports
  • Dynamic communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think creatively about analytic problems
  • Self-management and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Serve as expert across multiple digital channels (display, mobile, search, social, video)
  • Manage 5-10 Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Managers for programmatic campaigns
  • Lead team in developing granular and innovative campaigns
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop cross-channel media plans
  • Codify and share best practices across teams
