💼 About This Role

You'll own the customer experience across Preply's expansion into new geographies and subject areas, tracking key metrics for learners and tutors. You'll lead cross-functional programs and define the CX foundation, including policies, user journeys, and scalable processes. This role is a hybrid position based in Barcelona, Spain where you'll act as the CX voice across Product, Growth, and Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional programs to improve CSAT and contact rates.
• Create and maintain policies for new markets and subjects.
• Map end-to-end user journeys and identify friction points.
• Drive go-to-market readiness and coordinate launch execution.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, or high-growth tech.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives or expansions.
• Analytical skills: root-cause analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience writing or owning customer-facing policies or operational processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience influencing CX KPIs like CSAT and NPS.
• Marketplace or platform experience supporting large user bases.
• SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker).
