You'll shape the strategy for Stripe's Dashboard, making it a power tool for payment professionals. You'll improve wayfinding, information architecture, and personalization. This is a high-impact role driving interoperability across the company's financial infrastructure platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Dashboard
• Collaborate with engineering and design across time zones
• Define and track success metrics for quality and performance
• Partner with senior leadership on quality ambitions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management, design, or engineering experience
• 3+ years in senior capacity making company-level product decisions
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Technical familiarity with personalization systems, data modeling, and ML
