💼 About This Role

You'll draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company, supporting Sales and Customer Success teams to close deals efficiently. You'll also help improve templates and processes as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and order forms
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to unblock contract issues
• Maintain standard templates and clause libraries
• Provide clear guidance to non-legal stakeholders on common terms

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial technology transactions
• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission
• Experience negotiating SaaS or cloud-based software agreements
• Experience with data protection and security issues in contracts

✨ Nice to Have

• In-house legal experience at a SaaS company
• Experience with channel, MSP/MSSP, or distributor models
• Familiarity with international contracting issues
