Description

You will lead flight test engineering for the Fury UAS, conducting ground and flight tests, analyzing data, and driving process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to field cutting-edge autonomous systems that directly impact national security.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with developmental systems of manned/unmanned aircraft
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-882E, MIL-STD-516C, MIL-STD-1553, etc.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform senior-level development flight test engineer activities for Fury UAS
• Lead or participate in ground and flight test events at test ranges
• Collect test data and perform initial data analysis
• Work with engineering to develop requirements and discuss test results
• Ensure safety in accordance with established operating procedures
