You'll serve as a key escalation point for enterprise WordPress support, tackling complex technical challenges in a globally distributed engineering organization. Your work directly impacts customer stability, security, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with engineering, success, and support teams to drive platform improvements and share knowledge.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver advanced support through ticketing systems and customer calls.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated WordPress issues including plugins and APIs.
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis.
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge resources and troubleshooting guides.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress expertise including themes, plugins, hooks, and WP-CLI.
  • PHP and JavaScript proficiency for debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Customer-facing technical support experience in enterprise environments.
  • Web technology knowledge: REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git, and version control.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or reverse proxies.
  • Experience with enterprise-level WordPress hosting environments.
  • Knowledge of New Relic, Kibana, or similar observability tools.
