You'll own the weekly forecasting cadence, build dashboards leadership uses, and partner across GTM teams to drive revenue insights. Your work will directly shape how a rapidly scaling startup makes decisions. You'll take HubSpot from 'mostly works' to load-bearing as we revolutionize product creation with accessible CT technology.

  • Own weekly forecasting cadence end-to-end
  • Build dashboards leadership actually uses
  • Partner with Chief of Staff on cross-functional GTM analyses
  • Manage HubSpot data, custom objects, and account hierarchies

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-7 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics at a B2B company
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce building workflows and custom reports
  • SQL fluency querying data warehouses like Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery
  • Python proficiency writing scripts and automations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a hardware or hybrid hardware-plus-software GTM motion
  • Background in sales, consulting, finance, or analytics before moving into ops
  • Opinions about MCP, agentic workflows, or programmatic revenue ops
