💼 About This Role

You'll lead the architecture, reliability, and strategic direction of our data infrastructure at Ankorstore, a high-growth wholesale unicorn. You'll bridge raw infrastructure with business intelligence, using BigQuery, Airflow, and dbt, and enabling self-serve analytics with Sigma Computing and Amplitude.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers.
• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion to storage and modeling.
• Drive adoption of Sigma Computing and Amplitude for self-serve analytics.
• Define the technical vision and roadmap for the data platform.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering
• 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity
• Expert-level SQL and Python proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery

• Experience with dbt at scale
• Experience migrating from Tableau/Looker to Sigma
• Product Analytics implementation with Amplitude
