Description
You will assist in directing and coordinating on-site property management activities, maintain tenant and client relations, handle invoicing and purchase orders, and coordinate special events. This role supports the Property Management team in daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum high school education
- Associates, B.A. or B.S. college degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer management phones and assist with tenant needs
- Receive, distribute, and review purchase orders; track in Workspace
- Coordinate special events such as holiday parties and food drives
- Monitor outside vendors for contract compliance and insurance
- Organize and code invoices; assist with accounts payable and receivable
