Part-Time Property Administrator

Description

You will assist in directing and coordinating on-site property management activities, maintain tenant and client relations, handle invoicing and purchase orders, and coordinate special events. This role supports the Property Management team in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school education
  • Associates, B.A. or B.S. college degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer management phones and assist with tenant needs
  • Receive, distribute, and review purchase orders; track in Workspace
  • Coordinate special events such as holiday parties and food drives
  • Monitor outside vendors for contract compliance and insurance
  • Organize and code invoices; assist with accounts payable and receivable
