Description

As a Senior Solutions Architect at MongoDB, you'll guide customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform. You'll work closely with sales executives to solve business problems, win deals, and drive growth while serving as a trusted advisor to users from startups to enterprise IT organizations.

Requirements

• 8-11 years customer-facing experience, minimum 3 years pre-sales with enterprise software
• Minimum 3 years with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese with business proficiency and travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, articulating business value
• Collaborate with sales team for account planning, opportunity prioritization, and pipeline generation
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and industry events
• Foster customer relationships, build champions, and ensure customer success
