💼 About This Role

You'll develop complex piping designs using 3D CAD software for projects in conformance with client requirements and codes. You'll apply expert-level understanding of piping disciplines and provide technical guidance to less experienced staff. This hybrid role is based in Oak Brook, IL.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop complex engineering drawings under minimal supervision.
• Organize 3D models and conduct internal/external review meetings.
• Perform material take-offs and understand cost estimating methods.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced design staff.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of piping design experience.
• Associate Degree in technical discipline or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Plant 3D, BIM/Revit, Navisworks, Inventor.
• Expert in piping isometric drawings and creating engineering packages.

✨ Nice to Have

• BS Degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of API, ASME, ASTM, PIP standards.
• Proficient in field investigations and measurements.
