🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of major team-scoped projects.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products.
• Debug and solve technical and business issues.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers.

📋 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals with production systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Proficiency in Postgres (or similar databases).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Docker.
• Knowledge of AWS, Nextjs, React, Vue, or Angular.
