You'll join the Customer Experience team to be the first to hear customer voices and the last to ensure they experience full product value. You'll analyze user experience and drive continuous improvements, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers through support, education, and content.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Channel Talk
  • Design and manage chatbots for efficiency and quality
  • Conduct customer surveys and interviews for insights
  • Create guides, release notes, and CX content

📋 Requirements

  • 3-15 years of experience in customer support or CX
  • Data-driven thinking and strategic decision-making
  • Experience with AI-powered automation in workflows
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS tools
