🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end technical hiring process globally.

- Use ATS data to ensure structured, bias-reduced interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent profiles.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in startups.
- Ability to discuss Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform with candidates.
- Experience with data-driven recruiting and pipeline analytics.
- Proficiency in ATS (Ashby preferred) for process management.
