🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end technical hiring process globally.
  • Source and engage passive talent from Kubernetes/open-source communities.
  • Use ATS data to ensure structured, bias-reduced interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent profiles.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in startups.
  • Ability to discuss Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform with candidates.
  • Experience with data-driven recruiting and pipeline analytics.
  • Proficiency in ATS (Ashby preferred) for process management.

  • Experience recruiting for open-source or developer tools companies.
