• Architect T&E systems focused on operational outcomes, analyzing models and user workflows.
• Serve as senior technical advisor and strategic partner to government customers.
• Translate T&E findings into actionable engineering recommendations to improve systems.
• Drive program execution, managing schedule, budget, and delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary team of engineers and scientists.

📋 Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• Master's degree or PhD in relevant engineering/scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in R&D with focus on AI/ML and T&E.
• Proven leadership managing high-performing technical teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in business development and program capture within DoD or IC.
