Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines at Carvana's Inspection Reconditioning Center, ensuring production, cost, and quality targets are met. You'll drive operational efficiency, lead site leadership in continuous improvement, and develop your team.

Requirements

• 8+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges through root cause analysis
• Must be open to nationwide relocation
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and manage full shift production
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve throughput and efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans with leadership
• Lead weekly performance reviews and daily site manager huddles
