• Own end-to-end TikTok channel management and growth
• Define and execute the TikTok content calendar
• Shoot, direct, and edit TikTok-first content
• Analyze performance and optimize content strategy

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years managing social media with TikTok experience
• Deep understanding of US market and TikTok culture
• Proven success growing and scaling TikTok accounts
• Hands-on skills in CapCut, Canva, and analytics tools
