Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
• 8-12 years of experience in media finance, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with Prisma or similar media software
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Oversee reconciliation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document billing processes
• Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables through QA checks
• Manage billing discrepancies and resolve them with team members
• Coach and nurture junior team members, evaluate training needs
