Description

You will lead the design and implementation of a global healthcare compliance program for an early-stage biopharma company transitioning to commercial stage. You'll be a strategic partner to leadership, building processes from the ground up and fostering a strong ethical culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years compliance experience in US pharmaceutical regulations
• Minimum 5 years in ethics and compliance leadership role
• Bachelor's degree required; law degree preferred
• Prior commercial launch experience essential
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations (FCA, AKS, Sunshine Act, FCPA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive U.S. and global healthcare compliance program
• Develop, refine, and update policies and practices for global compliance
• Lead implementation of compliance training, monitoring, and auditing programs
• Foster a strong internal compliance, ethics, and speak-up culture
• Lead evaluation, investigation, and resolution of compliance issues
