You'll lead CFD-based performance validation for optimized marine system designs at an ocean energy startup. Your work bridges fast simulations and sea-trial data to drive major engineering decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own CFD validation process including meshing, solver setup, and post-processing
• Use Helyx, OpenFOAM, or Star-CCM+ to evaluate optimized marine designs
• Develop and improve CFD automation pipelines
• Compare simulation outputs against experimental and sea-trial data

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
• Significant experience running end-to-end CFD simulations for engineering systems
• Experience with Helyx, OpenFOAM, or Star-CCM+
• Strong understanding of verification and validation principles

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in relevant field
• Scripting and automation skills for solver customization
• OpenFOAM or Helyx development experience
