Description

You will lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across Greater Boston, with clinical autonomy, no call, and a focus on patient outcomes rather than hospital bureaucracy. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to use the latest wound healing techniques.

Requirements

• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• DEA license or eligibility
• Open to surgeons, family medicine, and internal medicine physicians
• No prior wound care experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities
• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures
• Apply advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols
• Collaborate with care teams in post-acute setting
• Utilize custom software to minimize admin time
