Description

You will build and steward the source of truth for Sales Operational data, enabling leaders and analysts to turn insights into a higher-performing organization. You'll partner with sales analytics teams and leadership to deliver data products that drive operational excellence, reliable forecasting, and self-serve analytics.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in analytics/data engineering with production ELT in Snowflake, dbt, and SQL
• Python for orchestration/utilities
• Strong demonstration of Sales Operations experience
• Independence partnering with senior, non-technical leaders
• Proven experience implementing tests, monitoring, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sales-specific data modeling for operational experience, SOX compliance, and forecasting
• Maintain curated, documented marts enabling analytics within structured governance
• Build and maintain reliable integrations from CRM/ROP/ERP systems, model in dbt, publish governed marts and reverse-ETLs
• Implement tests, monitoring, alerting, and documentation for data reliability and governance
• Partner with operations and sales leadership to scope problems and communicate technical concepts
