💼 About This Role

You'll operate in a pooled Success model to drive adoption and growth for Veeam Data Cloud and related offerings. You'll monitor customer health, conduct QBRs, and manage churn risk to maximize customer outcomes. This role offers a chance to collaborate across Sales and Marketing while working with cutting-edge data resilience solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor data risk and vulnerabilities using telemetry and health checks.
• Plan and facilitate success sessions and QBRs with customers.
• Manage churn risk by building proactive protection plans.
• Identify and articulate expansion opportunities based on consumption trends.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years in Customer Success operations or Program Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with digital CS platforms like Gainsight and marketing automation tools like Marketo.
• Working knowledge of Veeam offerings such as Veeam Data Cloud and Backup Replication.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and BI/reporting.
• Experience facilitating QBRs and building ROI narratives.
