You'll build deep client relationships and drive platform adoption for Kochava's measurement and attribution solutions. You'll help clients navigate the evolving privacy landscape while serving as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role offers the chance to work with trillions of data points and billions in ad spend at an industry leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and nurture deep client relationships to drive retention and platform reliance.
- Guide customers through onboarding, platform adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Provide expert technical support across mobile attribution, CTV/OTT, and audience solutions.
- Help clients navigate privacy regulations like ATT, SKAdNetwork, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Serve as bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders for measurement concepts.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Technical Support in SaaS/AdTech/MarTech.
- Foundational understanding of mobile measurement and attribution methodologies.
- Working knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and SDKs.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools (Excel, relational databases).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with DMPs, CDPs, or data clean rooms.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (Asana, Jira).
