You'll support the San Francisco office and remote US employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and SaaS issues. You'll own incidents from initial response through resolution, ensuring timely communication. This role offers the chance to work with innovative AI technology and impact a global revenue team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software for laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain documentation for problems and knowledge base
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding with hardware and access management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
  • Proven experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS
  • Proven ability to support a remote workforce
  • Experience with basic user administration of Okta, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with A/V systems and printers
