You will lead a product line focused on digital health experiences in provider offices, driving product discovery and delivery to improve patient outcomes. You'll own the roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure success through KPIs tied to customer behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, HCI, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
• Demonstrated success leading empowered product teams to meaningful outcomes
• Strong discovery skills and experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development
• Strong data literacy and experience leveraging data to influence product decisions

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap for a digital experience in provider offices
• Define and frame customer problems worth solving, translating strategy into product bets
• Measure outcomes using meaningful KPIs and iterate based on performance data
• Drive structured product discovery using techniques like user interviews and prototyping
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Content, Data, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success
