💼 About This Role

You'll develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other regulations for Falcon and Dragon programs at SpaceX. You'll collaborate with leadership on job hazard assessments and safety policies, ensuring a culture of safety in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role requires on-site presence in Hawthorne, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH regulations
• Collaborate with leadership on job hazard assessments and safety policies
• Monitor employee exposure to physical and chemical hazards
• Investigate industrial accidents to determine root causes and corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in environmental, health and safety disciplines
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed

• Experience with machine guarding and industrial hygiene programs
