💼 About This Role

You'll lead DMPK strategy across a pioneering induced proximity medicines portfolio at a seed-stage biotech. Your work will directly shape candidates from lead optimization through IND and into clinical development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic oversight of in vitro ADME activities across programs.
• Own bioanalytical strategy for small molecules and metabolites.
• Oversee in vivo PK studies in rodent and non-rodent species.
• Lead PK/PD modeling and simulation using Simcyp and GastroPlus.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of DMPK experience in pharma or biotech.
• Deep expertise in ADME, in vivo PK, and PK/PD modeling.
• Experience with induced proximity medicines (PROTACs, molecular glues).
• Proven leadership in IND-enabling DMPK strategy and regulatory submissions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with bifunctional molecules and ternary complex PK.
• Hands-on experience with Phoenix WinNonlin.
• Regulatory interaction experience with FDA or EMA.
