Requirements

• Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Industrial, Operations, Data Science, or Software Engineering
• 8+ years in manufacturing strategy or analysis role
• Proficiency in data visualization tools: Python, Typescript, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI
• Experience with lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies
• Must be a U.S. Person

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify improvement areas
• Lead kaizen, lean, or six sigma initiatives
• Provide input on capacity planning and workforce management
• Implement manufacturing KPIs and support new product development
