🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Support end-users with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- Assist in setting up new employee workstations and accounts.
📋 Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in IT or related field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (preferred)
- A+ Certification or similar IT credential (preferred)
