🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support end-users with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
  • Assist in setting up new employee workstations and accounts.

📋 Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent certification in IT or related field (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (preferred)
  • A+ Certification or similar IT credential (preferred)
