💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as an experienced auto painter, using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech inspection center. You'll be responsible for painting, blending, and paint correction on late-model vehicles. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and a vehicle purchase discount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color match
• Paint correct vehicles to remove imperfections
• Use safety equipment and follow production schedules

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and MVR check clearance
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Experience with water-based paints
• Knowledge of paint mixing and color matching
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program interest
