As a Senior Media Relations Strategist on the Consumer team, you will lead earned media strategies, drive coverage, and mentor junior team members for lifestyle and beauty clients. Your work will involve deep reporter relationships, smart pitching, and cultural fluency to produce high-impact results.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of earned media experience on the agency side
• Bachelor's Degree
• Thorough understanding of earned media relations and key media contacts
• Advanced writing, editing, and research ability
• Creative, strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Support clients in CPG, home, lifestyle, and beauty media verticals
• Curate media strategies and drive earned coverage through pitching and reporter relationships
• Serve as day-to-day client contact for earned media communications
• Mentor junior team members on pitching and relationship building
• Lead portions of new business opportunities and identify organic growth
