You'll drive pipeline growth through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification for fast-growing global companies. This hands-on role requires comfort with cold calling and full ownership of the BDR motion. You'll work remotely, collaborating with US and UK-based teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and social channels
• Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities
• Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs and fit
• Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Sales

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BDR or SDR roles
• Proven comfort with high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting
• Prior remote work experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana)
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
