  • Investigate and resolve payment processing issues
  • Escalate complex cases and maintain ownership

📋 Requirements

  • 6 months of customer support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Solution-oriented critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Intercom or Zendesk
  • Additional language skills
  • Experience with Confluence
