You'll provide first-level technical support across Mac and Windows environments for a global live entertainment company. You'll manage incident tracking in ServiceNow and support onboarding/offboarding. This role offers exposure to cloud and mobile device management.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide first-level technical support for laptops, apps, and network issues
  • Track and resolve support requests using ServiceNow
  • Deploy and configure laptops for new hires
  • Support user account setup and deactivation in Azure AD

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware/software on macOS and Windows

โœจ Nice to Have

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Knowledge of the music industry
  • Knowledge of servers and system troubleshooting
