You'll design and scale large-scale data processing pipelines and cloud-native systems for a market-leading Sales Performance Management SaaS platform. You'll drive backend services and data platforms, handling massive datasets with distributed computing. This role offers fully remote flexibility within a results-driven culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and scale REST APIs and large-scale data pipelines
• Optimize backend services for high throughput and low latency
• Develop event-driven applications using Python, TypeScript, Spark, AWS
• Mentor developers and raise engineering quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of backend or full-stack engineering with strong backend focus
• 7+ years of hands-on Python experience
• 3+ years working with TypeScript/Node.js
• Advanced experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Spark, EMR, Glue, Kafka
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD automation
