You will provide compassionate one-on-one care to a client in Colonia, NJ, helping them remain safe and independent at home through personal care and daily living assistance. Consistent weekday morning hours and a supportive team await you.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Available Mondays and Fridays 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Ability to complete MMR titers as required

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support the client's morning routine and overall comfort
• Assist with mobility and safety
• Follow individualized care plan and observe changes in condition
• Communicate professionally with clinical and office teams
