💼 About This Role

You'll join the Helpdesk team at Ivalua, a leader in cloud procurement solutions, providing level 1 support to EMEA clients. You'll handle phone, email, and ticket requests, resolving issues and escalating when needed. This role offers training on Ivalua Buyer and a collaborative international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer user calls via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Analyze and qualify anomalies reported by clients
  • Resolve client tickets per internal procedures
  • Escalate incidents to N2 or N3 support teams

📋 Requirements

  • Bac+2 degree or equivalent
  • First experience in client management or user assistance
  • Fluent in French, English, and German
  • Comfortable with software and office tools

  • Knowledge of procurement software
