Description

As an entry-level Maintenance Technician at Cottonwood Ridgeview Apartments in Plano, TX, you'll perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry while providing excellent customer service. You'll work in a dynamic team environment with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid Driver's License required
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
• CPO certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry repairs
• Provide after-hours emergency service as on-call technician
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service
• Assist with property inspections and turnover
