Description

You will lead a team of Account Executives driving adoption of safe, frontier AI with top enterprises across Japan, shaping revenue growth and market strategy in a critical APAC expansion role.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or emerging technologies
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the Enterprise segment
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams into large enterprises
  • Experience scaling sales processes, tools, and methodologies in fast-growing organizations
  • Business-level Japanese required; English proficiency strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing coaching and mentorship
  • Develop sales strategies tailored to enterprise procurement cycles to meet team revenue quotas
  • Create and maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM data integrity
  • Partner with Enablement to develop training programs for Japanese enterprise buying cycles
  • Work with Applied AI Engineering teams for pre-sales demos and post-sales optimization
