Description
You will lead a team of Account Executives driving adoption of safe, frontier AI with top enterprises across Japan, shaping revenue growth and market strategy in a critical APAC expansion role.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or emerging technologies
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the Enterprise segment
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams into large enterprises
- Experience scaling sales processes, tools, and methodologies in fast-growing organizations
- Business-level Japanese required; English proficiency strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing coaching and mentorship
- Develop sales strategies tailored to enterprise procurement cycles to meet team revenue quotas
- Create and maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM data integrity
- Partner with Enablement to develop training programs for Japanese enterprise buying cycles
- Work with Applied AI Engineering teams for pre-sales demos and post-sales optimization
