You'll support store leadership to create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help drive sales targets. This role offers keys to the kingdom and leadership exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing shopping experience and encourage return customers
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close store as needed
• Process sales, drive add-on sales, and close out register

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds
