Description

As the General Manager of our Inspection Center in Sacramento, you will lead up to 500 associates in a lean manufacturing environment, driving quality, production, and cost performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Proven track record of leading and developing associates
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in fast-paced production environment
