You'll join a family-oriented team providing top-tier HVAC service across Oakland County. You'll diagnose and repair HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer education and preventive maintenance advice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair A/C, gas/oil furnaces, boilers, and HVAC equipment
• Provide clear explanations and energy-saving tips to customers
• Achieve best-in-class first-time fix rates
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service

📋 Requirements

• Experience in HVAC service and repair
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA Section 608 certification
• Customer service orientation and reliability

• NATE certification
• Experience with Service Titan platform
