Description

As a Physical Therapist at InHome Therapy, you will deliver in-home care to adult and geriatric patients in the Spring Hill area. You'll help them restore strength, balance, and mobility through individualized rehabilitation programs, enabling them to move safely and confidently. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and strong team support.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
