💼 About This Role

You'll lead global IT, DevOps, and InfoSec operations at Aeva, a company pioneering 4D LiDAR for autonomous devices. Your impact will span infrastructure reliability, security architecture, and regulatory compliance across the US, Europe, and Asia. Reporting to the CTO, you'll own the full stack from cloud to endpoint.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-prem
• Own network engineering including SD-WAN and zero-trust segmentation
• Manage ISO27001 and TISAX certification programs
• Oversee incident response, breach operations, and security governance

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT and infrastructure leadership
• Deep hands-on expertise in network architecture and cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record leading distributed multicultural teams
• Direct ISO 27001 or TISAX certification ownership

✨ Nice to Have

• CISSP or CISM certification
• Experience in hardware manufacturing or automotive industry
